Living an Attitude of Gratitude

Day 695

Today I am thankful:

For chocolate.

Because there are so many different cheese; I love cheese.

Because the outside lights are done.

  1. We love cheese too…isn’t there a wonderful selection at Costco?! We always have a difficult time deciding which ones to buy. Hubby just bought a beautiful blue cheese at one of the specialty kiosks. I like Jarlsberg, probably the tamest of them all. We get really good ones from Quebec too. What’s your favourite, Ruth?

    • I like extra sharp cheddar but haven’t found one that really is extra sharp even if that’s what it says on the label. And we only buy organic or rBst-free, which considerably narrows the selection. Most of the cheese we buy is from Trader Joe’s or Whole Foods and is imported from Europe where they don’t use the growth hormone.

  2. Love this! I’m a chocolate and cheese girl myself. 🙂

  3. I’ll share chocolate with you, but I leave most cheese alone. I like dairy, but dairy doesn’t like me.
