Living an Attitude of Gratitude

Day 953

Today I am thankful:

For the researchers who diligently work at finding new drugs for diseases like cancer.

For the workers who drive the trucks and pick up our garbage and recycling every week.

For our ceiling fans, because they make us feel cooler. And we don’t have to set our A/C temp so low.

Ceiling fans!!! Aren’t they the greatest?

Just think if no one came to pick up our garbage?? I have thought about that a lot!

  2. I think about that every Monday morning when the garbage truck comes around to pick up our garbage…how grateful I am that they do that work so I don’t have to!

And I’m always praying for researchers, every day, that they find cures.

    • A cure would be nice. But when I think about the things that people died from a hundred years ago that don’t kill us now, I’m in awe.

      • It’s incredible, isn’t it! We are so blessed with the cures and medicines that we DO have. I’m sure that cures for cancer (and other diseases) will be found soon. These too shall pass!

  3. Don’t forget that 28-24. Well done!
