Living an Attitude of Gratitude

Day 957

Today I am thankful:

That after all this time I can still find things that make me grateful.

Because today is the last 100 degree day for a while – rain is on the way.

For all the mistakes I’ve made in my life, because not only have I learned from them, they have made me who I am today.

Those are 3 really big items to be grateful for. Not everyone can say that, including the part about rain.

  2. I’m often amazed also at being able to come up with new things to be grateful for. The things I’m most grateful for are the same things day after day, but I challenge myself to think up new expressions of that gratitude. And then when I do, it helps me to realize just how blessed we really are. I’m so glad we’re doing these gratitude journals, Ruth. Yours inspires me every day, and reminds me to write in mine, which then helps boost my spirit again. There’s always something new to be grateful for. ❤

I’m grateful for medicine that does heal…and will heal you.
