Living an Attitude of Gratitude

Day 966

Today I am thankful:

For electricity. We can merely flip a switch and have light, or air conditioning, or the garage door opens. So many things we wouldn’t have without electricity.

For the sun that gives us light and energy. We can harness the energy of the sun to give us electricity and not have to burn fossil fuels to dirty the air.

For the moon waltzing across the sky to give us a beautiful nightlight.

  1. How I love the image of the moon waltzing across the sky…a very comforting image for me personally tonight. ❤

  2. The Moon is a lovely lady. She rides the night giving us light to chase the darkness. I used to have a friend of the heart to whom I sent messages by the moon and she, to me. But she turned away my friendship. I miss her very much. You see, the moon is a lovely lady.

And I hope you sleep painlessly, Ruth…
    painlessly and gently.

I am also very very grateful for electricity.

    ❤️
