Living an Attitude of Gratitude

Day 1,019

Today I am thankful:

For homemade cornbread, fresh out of the oven, hot and dripping with butter.

For naps – again. I’m needing a nap every day lately.

For yet another day of cool weather. It’s so nice having the windows open and feeling a nice cool breeze blowing through the house.

  1. Yay for having the windows open! And yay for naps. We have a nap every day, except sometimes when we’re traveling. Hubby has two naps every day, one in the afternoon and one right after supper.

  2. I’ve resorted to a nap twice since the time change. It’s not so much my internal clock as my cat’s. She’s used to getting up at 5:30, which is, of course, 4:30 now. Sigh.

I hope you’re not suffering from real exhaustion, though. I see you’ve got a longer post. I’ll go see….
