Living an Attitude of Gratitude

Day 1,035

Today I am thankful:

Because I finally upgraded my OS to 10.10 Yosemite with only one minor problem that is now fixed with help from a friends.

For a mostly cool and overcast day because it gave us a chance to turn on the furnace and make sure it’s working before we really need it.

Because our office supply store is right next to our grocery store, so we were able to buy fresh ink for our printer.

  1. Every one of those is a good reason for gratitude, especially an easy upgrade. We’re cool and damp here, too, and it gave me a reason to clean out a storage closet. Now that you’ve reminded me, I believe I’ll run out and get my new ink. That’s one of those chores I keep forgetting.

  2. Ink is one of the reasons we bought a new printer…our old one was proprietary which meant there was only one place we could buy the ink, which meant mucho $$$. Now that we switched to a new printer, the ink’s available almost everywhere, and therefore much cheaper…and it seems to last longer than the old one.

I’m glad your computer is working! I don’t know about you, but when our computer is down, it’s almost like losing an old friend.
