Living an Attitude of Gratitude

Day 1,041

Today I am thankful:

For ice cream, because it soothes my throat better than the medicine does. So ice cream is medicine.

For a day of Thanksgiving; although we should be thankful every day and not just one day a year.

For the roller coaster ride that has been the last 12 months. And I’m sure things aren’t going to necessarily even out any time soon. But that’s okay, because the ride is something to be thankful for, too.

  1. I’m really glad you discovered how helpful ice cream is for your throat. How did we not think of it sooner, being kids at heart!

I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream… So now we know why it’s called that. Hope you can not necessarily scream… but soon swallow without pain. ❤
